Replacing the previously offered individual courier portals (ex UPS, FedEx, Purolator) QShip is a single source shipping solution for all Queen’s employees
What is QShip?
QShip is a web-based portal that provides Queen’s employees visibility to all carrier services on one page.
QShip is easy to use
- Login using assigned User ID and Password
- Enter Sender, Recipient, Package details and Chartfield Info
- Select preferred carrier and service available
- Labels are printed on standard paper and affix to package
- Ship
QShip provides shipping options for all contracted couriers in a single format.
Allowing the Queen’s user to review the lowest cost or fastest delivery options and discounts available.

UPS & Purolator are ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ Preferred Courier Services EFFECTIVE AUGUST 2024
New contracts were awarded to UPS and Purolator by OECM in August 2024 that offers ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ users up to 80% discount off listed rates.
All discounts are available using QShip - Please contact Logistics@queensu.ca with any questions or to obtain access
New FedEx Account - Changes to Service - Please use UPS OR PUROLATOR as the preferred ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ Courier Services
