Presenter Information

Oral Presentations

  • Except for keynote talks, all oral presentations will be allocated 15 minutes, plus 5 minutes for Q&A.
  • All presentations will occur in Biosciences Complex room 1101, located at 116 Barrie Street. Please see the Conference Venue page for more information.
  • Please follow the following requirements for submission of presentations:
    • Presentations can be in PowerPoint (.PPTX), Keynote (.KEY), or PDF format.
    • Please either bring your presentation on a USB drive to Biosciences Complex room 1101, or submit it via email to nasnfc2026@gmail.com.
    • Presentations must be submitted and tested no later than the end of breakfast on the day of the talk, although it is recommended to submit your presentation the day before your talk.
  • The room is equipped with:
    • A Windows computer
    • An Apple laptop
    • A LED video wall display (note, laser pointers generally do not work on this type of screen)
    • Lapel microphone
    • Slide advance remote
  • We advise against relying on an internet connection for any critical aspects of the presentation.

 

Poster Presentations

  • Posters will be displayed in the Biosciences Complex Atrium, located at 116 Barrie Street. Please see the Conference Venue page for more information.
  • Posters must be no larger than 48 inches wide by 36 inches high (121.92 cm by 91.44 cm).
    • This is subject to change until ~1 week after the abstract submission deadline.
  • Posters can be set-up starting Monday, June 1, 2026, and will remain up through Thursday, June 4, 2026.
    • This is subject to change until ~1 week after the abstract submission deadline.
  • Authors can discuss posters with conference attendees during formal poster sessions (times TBD), and informally at any time during the conference.
  • Posters must be taken down by 5:00 PM on Thursday, June 4, 2026. Materials remaining after that time will be discarded.
  • Authors are responsible for poster printing, poster set-up, and poster take-down.
  • Presenters will be assigned a poster number upon registration, and the poster should be put up on the corresponding poster board.
