Facilitated by the Centre for Teaching and Learning, this session introduces the foundations of teaching and learning in higher education and prepares you for your role as a Teaching Assistant (TA) at Queen’s. Through interactive discussions and scenarios, you will explore how to clarify expectations of your TA position, facilitate engaging discussions, create an inclusive and accessible classroom environment, and discover the supports available to guide you on your journey as an educator.
