Building on the strong scientific and research foundation established at Queen’s, Nathan completed a M.Sc. in Energy Policy with distinction at the University of Sussex in 2024. In November of 2025, he published a first- in the Q1-ranked journal, Energy Research & Social Science, titled, "From the C-suite to the sea suite: Rethinking frontier offshore petroleum amid ESG and climate change realities." He credits his time at ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ for contributing to what is now a passion for responsible energy development and transition. His work as a senior research consultant is focused on navigating the intersection of traditional energy sectors and the global net-zero transition. Nathan specializes in translating complex regulatory and policy landscapes into operational reality, conducting high-stakes gap analyses, and building risk-based integrated management systems that align senior leadership objectives with industrial performance and continuous improvement.
