Queen’s University is taking part in a pilot program within the (MNU). The MNU Summer Research Fellowship provides an experiential learning opportunity for highly motivated undergraduate students to travel and conduct research at an MNU partner institution. This fellowship is intended to provide students with meaningful opportunities and increase their international research exposure. The Fellowship will initially be run on a trial between Queen’s University and Durham University (UK), before being expanded across the MNU.
Funding availability
Funding for up to 2 students from Queen’s University, working full-time hours over 12-14 weeks, will be available with each fellowship. Each institution will contribute $10,000 CDN per fellowship. The MNU Summer Research Fellowships will support applications from all research disciplines. Students can also consider projects outside of their own academic field of study, in addition to those aligned with their field of study.
