Marta Justyna Grzelak is a Clinical Trauma Therapist turned Intuitive Energy Healer and Motivational Speaker who blends psychology, neuroscience, and spirituality to guide audiences toward authentic living. With a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, a certification in trauma-informed psychotherapy and over a decade of experience working with various populations, Marta integrates her deep expertise with energy healing, life coaching, and holistic wellness practices.

Her unique approach bridges science and soul, offering powerful insights that help individuals break free from limiting beliefs, reconnect with their true essence, and create lives of fulfillment, resilience, and self-love. Known for her warm presence, honest storytelling, and transformative guidance, Marta empowers audiences to not only understand themselves more deeply but to heal, rise, and thrive.
