The Black Studies Program at Queen鈥檚 University will be launching throughout 2022-2023 with a series of screenings, conversations, and celebrations.
Join us from 11 am 鈥� 2 pm on October 22 at the Agnes Etherington Art Centre for the Kingston book launches of:
- The Long Road Home: Blackness and Belonging by Debra Thompson
- Abolitionismus: Ein Reader, edited by Vanessa Thompson and Daniel Loick
- Thinking While Black: Translating the Politics and Popular Culture of a Rebel Generation by Daniel McNeil
Copies of A is for Acholi by Juliane Okot Bitek will also be available to buy at the event.
