Workload is part of every job, but how we manage it matters for our wellbeing. Join us for a practical session exploring strategies that support sustainable work practices, healthy boundaries, and more balanced workload conversations across teams.
This session aligns with the Queen’s Employee Wellbeing Road Map, supporting healthy workplaces where productivity and wellbeing go hand in hand.
Grounded in the principles of the ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ Employee Wellbeing Road Map, the session will explore strategies that support sustainable work practices, reduce workload related stress, and promote a culture where employees can complete a meaningful day's work while maintaining their mental and physical wellbeing.
Any thriving organization will naturally have more work than can be completed in a single day. A psychologically healthy and safe environment, however, ensures that employees can do their work without unnecessary stress about what remains unfinished. This directly reflects the ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ Employee Wellbeing Road Map, which emphasizes that enhanced wellbeing is a shared responsibility and that everyone plays a role in supporting a healthy culture.
A Teams link will be sent to you in advance of the session.
