    Description:

Burnout is increasingly common in today’s fast-paced and demanding environments. This interactive session is designed to help participants better understand burnout, identify early warning signs, and build sustainable habits that support long-term wellbeing, both at work and in life.

In this session you will learn to:

    • Recognize some of the factors that may increase your risk of burnout, aligning with the National Standard's focus on identifying psychosocial hazards in the workplace
    • Explore different types of rest (mental, physical, emotional, and social) that support overall psychological health and sustained energy
    • Learn practical, easy-to-apply strategies that you can use immediately to support your well-being and resilience at work and at home

This session supports the National Standard for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace by promoting awareness, prevention of burnout, and proactive self-care strategies that contribute to a psychologically healthier and safer work environment.

We can all benefit from learning this skill and sharing it with those we care about.

The Microsoft Teams link for this session will be sent in advance of this workshop.
