    Sustaining energy and focus throughout the workday is essential for both individual performance and team effectiveness. This session introduces practical techniques that help participants relax, reset, and recharge, even during busy periods. Participants will explore how building moments of recovery into the day can improve focus, reduce stress, and contribute to a healthier and more supportive team culture.

    In this session, participants will:

    • Explore techniques to energize the body, calm the mind, or promote relaxation
    • Increase awareness of what they personally need to recharge and sustain focus
