Description:
Join us for an evening of cosmic discovery as we celebrate Dark Matter Day 2025 — a global event dedicated to unravelling one of the greatest mysteries in physics. On November 8th, come on a journey with Prof. Joe Bramante beyond the visible Universe to explore how astroparticle physicists are working to detect the unseen matter that shapes galaxies, stars, and our cosmic history.
Come learn how the “dark side” of the cosmos may hold the key to understanding why anything exists at all.
The event will take place on November 8th at 6:30 pm at Stirling Hall (64 Bader Lane, Kingston, ON). The talk will be followed by a science fair and a visit to the Queen’s Observatory.
