Often our moments of high stress are the moments we turn to coping and stress management, but what are the regular practices we can implement to ensure we don’t come to a boiling point when things around us become difficult? Come together for a discussion with Arunima Khanna from Queen’s Student Wellness on January 27th from 12:30 - 2:00 pm at the Ban Righ Centre. This session will be a mix of an informal/formal style workshop to cover topics such as creating a sustainable wellness management plan and other preventative wellness strategies.
